DEPOSITS REQUIRED FOR RESERVATION

1 or 2 night stays require a deposit equal to 1st nights rate

3 or 4 night stays require a deposit of $200

5 nights or longer require a deposit of $300

Personal checks are not accepted within 21 days of arrival

Reservations made by phone will be held for seven days awaiting receipt of deposit

SUMMER 

Deposits will be forfeited unless notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to the date of scheduled arrival or if guest arrives on a later date than confirmed.  

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to reservation arrival date will be charged $35.00 cancellation fee.  Early checkouts will be treated as cancellations and are subject to the same policy

PROM & MEMORIAL DAY WEEKENDS

Cancellations made 45 days prior to check-in are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.  If cancelled less than 45 days of the check-in date, the total deposit will be forfeited.
